funny does that look like the big package kinda seems like 3 mb isn't ever really happening....looks like the basic package to me...umm looks like grim is gonna have to make a call to verizon

It's pretty bad that you have to give them a ear full to get what you are paying for, i get sick of this bam happening all the time.
